When we walked in around 5:15pm to go to the cafe the line was really long, so I ordered via app. Omg, Emily was very calmed and collected when people seemed kind of getting antsy. She acknowledged that I was there to pick up my food and gave me a heads up that it’ll take another 3 more min. I told her it was fine and that she was doing a great job and said good luck.
She was very thankful. I’m more than pleased with her and would definitely recommend!
Great hire manager. Emily definitely deserve a raise.

You buy in bulk, and can really save $ on somethings not, make sure you check the prices. I really found some good deals. The staff was more cordial than helpful.

This has become one of the worst run Sam’s Cafes over the last 6 months. They are sold out of pizza every afternoon by 3:30 and most other food items shortly thereafter. If you get there after 5:00 you can basically get fountain drinks. Time to switch to Costco.

I have called multiple times their tire department because they said my tires have arrived. I’ve been calling to make an appointment and no answer I keep being transferred to the department and still no answer. It’s an easy walk from customer service to there to see what’s going on but no they keep transferring me and now they don’t even pick up. It’s very frustrating! Now I have to travel from Chicago to Gurnee to just make an appointment And then go back again for that appointment.
