I love how they always ask for tips after every coffee but when they use a drivers service app. to order ice (7 bags) they needed they don’t tip the driver a cent. thanks Starbucks

The tables, the floor of the place and the place where they prepare the drinks are super dirty. The most disappointing thing was that the employees of the place began to record a fight between some ladies while they were at their workplace. What a shame to have collaborators who behave that way in the workplace.

This is a busy Starbucks. It was difficult to get up to the ordering counter with the crowd and seating obstacles so decided to use the app. Waites about 15 mins for the order to arrive at the pickup counter. The lead employee was very friendly and positive. Drinks were good.

TERRIBLE WI-FI! This Starbucks is in Macy’s and they only have the free Macy’s Wi-Fi available. It’s so slow and keeps disconnecting. It’s impossible to do any work. If you need wifi, go somewhere else.

Was waiting in the line and the saw how partners were not following food safety standards: painted nails, restroom cleaner was used to clean preparation surfaces?????? Why? Literally turned and walked away. No name tags, no dress code. That’s a shame for you. How can you represent a company with that? You are going to poison all your customers if continue !
