Came in today for a coffee to see a man being an absolute idiot to the girl behind the counter. This man sat there and nit picked everything she was doing. He proceeded to nit pick how the machine brewed espresso and that he wanted his coffee exactly 118 degrees.
This girl with pink and green hair was killing it! If someone did that to me I probably would have flown over that counter, Even after dealing some an absolute idiot of a man she was very freindly , helped me pick out flavors of coffee and my drink is a absolutely amazing As I’m sitting here sipping my coffee ranting to my boyfriend about how much of an idiot that man was and how much I would have flown over the counter if someone did that to me. It’s awesome she kept her cool and was doing great at her job! Screw that guy you did amazing !

It can cost you a customer for life or some one to the ER Poor communication No replies to inquiries pretty much we had to figure out the cup size on our own. Staff Spraying Cleaning products right next to your cup not a good look at all. I work in the health care field.

I visit this place often. But if Faith is here I will make sure not to give this place my business. She took 30 mins to make two drinks and made the person behind us order before ours. Was giving very much racist!

The employee that took my order was very nice! The scanner didn’t work so I didn’t get my points for my purchase. Starbucks should be more consistent with the taste of their drinks. I ordered a Strawberry Acai refresher with lemonade. I couldn’t enjoy my refresher it was so bitter?.

I went in with my daughters on Sunday September 11, 2022. Worse customer service ever. First, with no customers in, the employee not also failed to greet, she did not asked what we wanted, and spent her time looking around and preparing a coffee for the "invisible man"(no one was there). I waited 6 minutes and nothing. I decided to leave the place. Management should look into their employees lack of customer service skills.

Not sure if they have a full menu here like other venues not located within another business.I remember when my 2nd son was born in NM Lake Forest, there were certain drinks on the menu the Starbucks didn't make.Either way I've always had the same consistent friendly service as any and the drinks always have the same great taste.Convenient to have in the store rather than make a separate stop elsewhere.

Horrible customer service unlike usual Starbucks, from few employees, the worst of all morning female manager. She is the rudest, unprofessional of all.
Very nice ladies working here - Emily and Heidi! They offered me a free drink for happy hour for my friend and we had fun with them! Also they let me add my own cream to my drink without me even asking!
