Amari rocks! Best Chai Latte ever, sorry Starbucks on Dilly's and Grand we switched over. Excellent customer service on top of great tasting drinks. What more can you ask for.

The coffee is fine but this is the dirtiest Starbucks I have ever been to. The restrooms look as if they have not been cleaned in a week. The floors in the main area are filthy, even stains of what I assume is spilled drinks that has run down the walls and front counter. To top it off the employees are more interested in there own conversation than making drinks in a timely manner and I asked them to make sure my order came threw since I’d been waiting over 15 minutes and the store was almost empty I received attitude and get informed they are working on drinks in the order they come through yet 4 people came in ,ordered at the counter and left with coffee while I waited for my mobile order that was placed 10 minutes before I arrived.

whoever worked 11/22 at 8am made my drink fire i love this starbucks def my fav out of all the ones ive been to. don’t usually leave reviews but they deserve the recognition for being so friendly so early in the morning!

Kaitlyn was such a burst of sunshine. She really made my day. Really whenever I go to this location the customer service top tier. I usually order a carmel macchiato and walk over to DSW and a little shoe shopping.

I tried a custom lemonade today that the barista suggested, and babyyyy let me tell you; game changer!
It was refreshing, perfectly balanced, and had the right mix of sweet and tangy. I love when a barista actually listens and puts together something you didn’t even know you needed. This lemonade was chef’s kiss; light, flavorful, and so good I had to stop myself from ordering a second one!
Shout-out to the barista for the amazing recommendation. I’ll definitely be back for my new favorite drink!

Hunby and I come here while our son is at youth group nearby. This is a nice Starbucks with very friendly staff - only complaint is it's always a bit too cold 🥶 (thankfully I remembered my sweatshirt and pants this time). But today there was a horrible piercing humming (from the AC unit??)!! 🙉
Their employees are sweet and mostly of all professional.

One of the most horribly slow Starbucks locations I’ve ever been in. It took me literally 18 minutes from the time i walked in the door to the time i walked out with my lemonade drink…. and the store wasn’t even busy.
