Went there to get a cup of ice for my small cooler that I stored my breastmilk because I forgot my ice pack at home and the barrista told no ice water without a purchase and later I told her I just wanted ice for my cooler with my breastmilk and she still told me no.
I come here once in a while because I work in the mall but with this experience made me just not want to be a Starbucks customer anymore.
They have to over look there polices to do a humane favor once in a while is not like I was asking for a free drink.
Quite literally the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to.
We had problems with app, and manager helped us with app and explained everything.
It’s the best Starbucks experience!
Bad experience, they denied me water, terrible service
Had an attitude refused to give me water for my baby even though I had bought a coffee an hour before too. So enforcing a policy that I didn’t fall under was ridiculous I paid money there thankfully a nice mother purchased a drink and gave me her water for my daughter. This is why I don’t normally go to Starbucks they aren’t humans behind that counter anymore just corporate slaves with no empathy these days. Never going to Starbucks again that was my last chance to their company. PERIOD, to the girl with the red hair behind the counter your attitude serving me that water was unacceptable, I worked for Starbucks for 5 years absolutely NOTTTT GIRL!!!!! Get a new job. The starbucks in Rockford has better employees ffs
girl at the counter wasn’t properly trained before being left alone to help customers. the manager joline was completely unhelpful and didn’t care to offer me a solution. very rude to a starbucks customer when it was the employees mistake

Customer Service is horrible. I complained to corporate with no follow-up or follow-through from the district manager after an employee refused to remake a drink that was accidentally dropped because the lid wasn’t properly placed. I even helped clean up the spill. Xena, the cashier, became more agitated than what she already was before she served me. Apparently she was so agitated by me and my informing her that I know she could replace my drink that she grabbed a cup that she would’ve threw at me if her coworker didn’t calm her down. She has a real attitude problem. I don’t understand why corporate couldn’t follow-up accordingly. I’ll NEVER go back to this location. And it’s an inconvenience because now I have to around the whole mall for a $7 drink ?

I was Given old moldy brown strawberries in my drink they looked disgusting and I ended up throwing it away. They should of been thrown out no put into a drink that I paid 7+ dollars for won’t be coming back to this location.
I asked for light ice in my drink and watched the barista pour the ice two thirds of the cup. There’s no point in me ordering a venti when I’m only going to be served a grande size drink. I’m very disappointed as this happened twice already from the same location

Honestly I’m in the same generation as these workers so I hate doing this, but I work in the gurnee mills mall, Starbucks is always open before the mall for the workers, I go every morning for the most simplest order. Yet whoever the girl is with a bob and circle glasses that mainly takes orders needs either a refresher with her training or an attitude adjustment. She is the rudest person there, everyone else is so so sweet. But every time it’s her she’s disrespectful, she sighs and moans, she mumbles, and has zero customer service skill. This is the closest Starbucks to me in the mall and I really don’t want to walk all the way to Macy’s. But respectfully do better. I worked in sales and food it’s stressful yes, but disrespecting customers isn’t okay, especially after they are so nice to you.

We couldn't find this location. We went to a different Starbucks!
I asked for a sandwich and the cashier said I was good
This Starbucks coffee is watered down and when we asked for ice coffee, there was little ice and it was warm on the bottom. Not to starbucks' normal

The people seemed very nice, service was quick. It had more to do with quality vs value. The sandwich, 7ish dollars was a bit dry and the bacon was soft. Although there was a crisp to the sandwich I think it had more to do with it being warmed for a bit and frankly that was probably why it was dry and the bacon was less enthusiastic. The drink (Pineapple lemonade) was ok, but the cup was solid ice with a bit of drink added. It was actually pretty flavorful for the first few sips, but then the ice started to melt and it rapidly became nicely flavored water. For $12 (plus a dollar tip) I feel like I could have gotten a much better "meal" practically anywhere else in the Mall. However if you are just after ambiance, nice people and something to sip then it is nor bad.
