It was the worst experience of my life! Being Vegetarian and highly sensitive to allergies. This establishment mixes everything.. it was scary..if someone is allergic to things they would definitely get allergic reaction. She took cheese that was on top of a meat, and reput back right back in the container after it was already on the sandwich with stuff in it...
I told the lady that it's food and you should be hygenic.. and careful with allergies.. you cant mix things like this...she yelled at me and told me that's 'how she does it'. Big reg flag.. Her name is ELIZABETH, and she claims to be the owner.
Extremely rude, unapologetic, unprofessional and unhindered.
She did this in front of me, I am scared to think what she is doing when someone is not watching 😐😬

This subway has recently invented a new policy where you cannot modify toppings that you get on your sandwiches. Literally no other subway has this. See photo to see what I'm talking about, this is not an official sign and they typed it up themselves.

The worst service I ever had!!! We ordered online and our sandwiches was ready to pick up but the guy said no order from us. My husband told him the name and showed him the online order and he says can’t help. He ask him to make it bc we already paid for it. The guys keep saying can’t help. There were three sandwiches sitting on the counter my husband asked him from the beginning but he kep saying no. Eventually my husband told him that is our food with the name he gave to him. It took ten minutes to get our food and I was late for my work thanks to him!

Ordered meal of the day special which was hot honey pepperoni and the lady who help me said she can't add any toppings but only whats supposed to be on the sandwich. I told her never heard of it because I been to different locations of subway and they never question but always ask what I I want on my sandwich.

There is a man and a woman both are very very rude specially to Asians,south Asians and latin people . They won't greet won't talk properly and cheat with you by charging more for a basic sandwich/wrap saying it's the pro sandwich.I have had multiple bad experiences.She told me I have to pay for sun crunch etc though other subways give it for free as a topping. They will say we are out of bread even though I can see breads there when asked she said they are for tomorrow. The food quality is also not good. They always closes about 30 minutes before closing . If you go there that will be cleaning and making your sandwich simultaneously.

Placed an online order, went inside moments later to request if they could apply clean gloves (which they’re supposed to do anyways). Eye rolls. The employee, Elizabeth, took 30 min to make a simple sub. When I requested if she could wrap it in 1/2s she said “when you use specials online we’re not allowed to use extra paper to wrap it separately.” I don’t know why people hire such lazy employees.

Wanted to point something out for this location. Your app is costing you $$$. For about the pat 2 wks, every time I tried to use it at my this location, every option was "unavailable." So I'd go elsewhere. Today, same thing. But I decided to stop by and see. They had everything and didn't know why the app would say that. Obviously if it says that, I can't order. So if it's not an isolated issue then that's a lot of $.

Placed two large dinner orders because app has limits, working in the area. Food was average at best. Some of the sandwiches were so light on meat it was ridiculous. Worst part was the service. Guy Working tonight was not helpful or friendly. Had a bad attitude. Didn't even get help bringing it to my vehicle. Most other places will do that or at least offer. Expect better service when spend over $200 on average food. Never will be back. Wouldn't recommend unless no other options.

Kid-friendliness: Great place to have a quick and affordable lunch. Elizabeth is there every Thursday and takes care of me and my family very well. She is kind, clean, and speedy.
