Cheryl (the manager) was absolutely horrible. all of the drinker were out and they didn’t even care. we waited 15 minutes to pay our damn bills because cheryl coped an attitude with an employee who tried to help us. i never would’ve wasted $19 for a place that treats customers so poorly.

Absolutely Horrible Value/Quality For The Amount Of Money Spent. They appear to be charging top dollar for the skimpiest possible portions they can get away with. Items received for my family's total order were sloppily prepared, and contained not even half the amount of food as shown in the example images from their ads and ordering kiosks. It was an insulting bait & switch. Kiosks also won't print receipts, and instead offer to text or email them, so that the business may harvest your information. *Despite providing my phone#, I never received a text with receipt information*.
Family was still hungry afterward... So we then hit the Gold Arches next door, and unsurprisingly noticed that other patrons we saw in the Taco Bell had the same idea!
Fully recommend a Hard Pass on this business!

I’ve never had such a bad experience ordering at a Taco Bell before this place.. I think I wasted over a half hour just trying to get my order. They remade my same order 3 different times and couldn’t get it right. All I asked for was no ranch.

Very disappointed got the boxes and everything was thrown in the bag everyone’s food got touched by someone else because it wasn’t properly labeled and every one ordered almost the same thing with minor touches and not only that some food was already unwrapped and just all over the bag very rude lady stay away from that Taco Bell when the bigger lady is working there they were very rude

The worst Taco Bell in all of Waukegan, the workers are very rude, poor customer treatment, I don't recommend it at all, neither my family nor I will ever come to this place again, all of them are Latinos and none of them say they speak Spanish, you guys are really pretending to be gringos

The only way to get food is the kiosk or on the app, you cannot talk to a human being. it is crazy complicated and not user-friendly

Of all Taco Bells in Lake County, the Gurnee store is by far the worst. Never, ever, EVER do they get the order correct. No tomatoes means no tomatoes. I have wasted so much money at this place. I’m done going there ever again!!
