Friends steak came out over cooked, owner came to table and had a New Filet put on and made a very nice apology. Very professional and our server William was exceptional. Busy, but all staff very accommodating.

Not going to lie- very disappointing. Overheard the cook walked out to go plow this night because he makes more money doing so- you guys should definitely just pay him more as I feel the food SUFFERED. This was my husband & I’s first time here and I’ve never had a worse steak, it was almost inedible, charred to a crisp but so raw on the inside I couldn’t even cut it. I expected much better- especially after all the rude looks I got for trying to bring our 7 month daughter into this “fine dining” restaurant from the regulars at the bar. Such a waste of $$$. We were wishing we would have just done take out Texas Roadhouse afterwards.

Love the Backyard Steak Pit, my favorite steak place. Never had bad service or a bad meal, been going there for years. I do miss the salad bar from the pre-Covid days. My wife loves the lobster tail and I love a good ribeye. The prime rib is excellent.
Dietary restrictions: My wife has a tree nut allergy and the staff was very helpful in letting us know if anything (mostly desserts, lol) had any nuts.

Excellent meal! Haven't been here in a while, but had such a great experience. Toby, our waitress, was awesome. Attentive without being annoying, recommending delicious meals and dessert. Steaks were perfectly cooked, potatoes delicious, carrot cake for dessert was literally the icing on the cake. Nice cozy atmosphere.

Atmosphere was a nice a vibe. I ordered the cheese curds, and French dip with a fully loaded baked potato. Tbh I wasn't too impressed with the French dip. The meat was dry/tough/no flavor. I took 3 bites and lost appetite to finish it. The baked potato was good super hot! The cheese curds were good. I was told they burned my original order and had to reduce it. I appreciate the server for keeping us updated. I'm sure the other food was better than what I had.

Not great, but not bad. Service could always be better might’ve just been off day for the person we had not trying to justify their actions. Food was OK came out a little cool. I don’t truly understand this to why, but it was still tasty but definitely over priced for while we ordered compared to how it was served . And the atmosphere of the restaurant was OK

We have been here numerous times and had a great experience every time, except this one. Our server seemed more interested in socializing with other people than serving her customers. She remembered bread after she brought the salads, didn’t check back after bringing the meals. We had to flag down another server to get the warm butter served with our lobster. The only part of the meal that was served hot was the baked potato. Salad and appetizer plates as well as cocktail glasses finished before the meal were left on the table through the duration. Then it was more important to refill the salt/pepper than it was to finish clearing the table or bring the check. Overall disappointed with this visit, but we will try again as hopefully it was a one time disappointment as we have had excellent service in the past.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. We came here for my Sailors Navy Graduation, We had the best Service we ever had in a restaurant. The Servers were AMAZING. The food was AMAZING. We were treated with the most amazing hospitality! I definitely recommend this restaurant!!!!
I was so excited to come here because I thought the atmosphere was awesome but the food wasn't that great because it was overcooked and kind of burnt in my steak $64 and I thought that it was going to be is super amazing for the price but I was very disappointed but the lobster bisque is always amazing but that doesn't make up for the fact that after I didn't enjoy my food the waiter named Andrew followed me out in the parking lot complaining that he only got a $15 tip Andrew said the quality of the food there doesn't matter and that he should get a 25% tip because it's a fancy restaurant and I was kind of feeling like he was going to be up to something because I paid with 3 $50 dollar bills and he said if he had to bring me change then it was going to be a while so I told him that's okay I have plenty of time but following somebody out in the parking lot and yelling and screaming at them is definitely no way to run a business and to say the least I'm very disappointed in this place?
Parking: There's a pretty big parking lot so it's pretty safe to say that you'll always find a spot
