This place is overrated. I ordered the ham, cheese, and sausage, but the eggs were runny and the dish was overwhelmed with cheese. Nothing was seasoned. The food was bland. The service was slow and not welcoming.
The Point is not just a diner, but a cozy dining experience with excellent food choices and quality. They offer an elevated level of fine products. They use whole grain bakery bread, fresh squeezed juice, looseleaf tea varieties served in a teapot with strainer, top shelf jams etc. All served with a smile and welcoming attitude. I visit here with my friend on a quarterly basis whenever I'm in town visiting my parents. The Point never disappoints. Enjoy!
Beautiful building and nice waitstaff. Food has big portions for the price. Biscuit and gravy was burnt and tasted off like it was frozen. Wife got cheese omelet and the cheese wasn't melted in the middle and not cooked all the way through. Pancakes were great but probably won't be coming back
