Good options but less variety in receipies

Sat in the drive-through for five minutes no one took my order came around to the window. No one came to the window for another five minutes. So now I had to drive to the front and go in there are two people working and I said I don't think your drive-through is working and Jason said, oh. No apology no welcome or thank you The car behind me ended up coming inside as well. Zero sense of urgency. Then a 3rd car came in. Sign on the drive-through is broken so I wonder if they know or not. Huge line customers wandering aimlessly. The open sign is not turned on, so we weren't even sure if the restaurant was open. This place needs management to retrain these employees. If I was the manager or owner, I would fire these employees.

Last 2 times I went in the past month has been issues. Both times were drive thru orders I didn’t find out til I left. 1st time got the wrong bowl…ok, mistakes happen. Today, got right bowl but label said packaged 7/28 best by 7/30..today is 8/1! Also ordered chicken pesto, was given a chicken bacon flatbread..I don’t eat bacon. It was on the receipt chicken bacon so i should’ve looked before I just accepted the receipt, but didn’t think I needed to lol! Last time at this location..I never have issues otherwise.

Placed an order at the drive thru and the woman had a terrible attitude. Every time I said a word she replied with such fatigue and annoyance. I proceeded to the window where I waited a very long time with nobody in sight, sadly I finally drove off. Never had any issues at this location. I really hope they can get it together.

I hope the Manager of this location reads this and gets things at this location fixed. I get aggravated every time I visit. They are extremely slow. No one acknowledges you when you come in and tell them you have a pick-up. They just carry on and maybe get to you when they are finished with their conversation or today it was filling the ice. The girl was wearing sweat pants and dirty uggs. Not exactly what you want to see when you are getting food from somewhere. Honestly the service is absolutely horrible every visit. Please do better! This could be a wildly successful business but I feel like it’s going to close because of how awful things are ran.

Honestly this location is so hit or miss. All of the other ones I go to in Wisconsin or Illinois are great. This one seems like the employees don't really care and are there just for an easy check. I wouldn't recommend this location. Today I ordered a sunrise sunset and basically got flavored ice chunks. I probably won't return here again.

I used to work at a tropical smoothie cafe and i would never have the store looking and being the way it was. Every time i go here they never have my order ready or correct, one time they lost my ticket and had to re make my food. The workers seem like they need someone to come in and teach them because they are all seeming to be new or struggling or something. i’m fed up with the service here and i don’t think i’ll comeback to this location because the experience is the same every time.

The staff are nice. However, a couple times my order has been messed up and this last time I ordered the sandwich that only had 2 pieces of turkey slices. I tasted mostly bread. I would have rather gone to Subway. Smoothies are still great and the bowls are always tasty.

Today was my last visit to this location. Communication is horrible, service is horrible and the wait times are atrocious. Put in a pick up order and it said to arrive at 1:15. Got there at 1:15 and the single person working there said it would “be a while”. I had two small children in the car. He couldn’t tell me how long it would be. Keep in mind I was the only customer inside. He kept taking drive through orders. Turned out to be an extra 20 minutes for two kids smoothies. It’s not totally his fault, he was the only person working. But his attitude didn’t help! He looked annoyed that I was interrupting.

I have not ordered from here for a few months because several times before the wait was too long (30-40 minutes for a smoothie and sandwich) and no one would answer drive thru after sitting for 5-10 minutes (only car). I tried again today hoping things have changed. They are out of the items I ordered online and it did not specify it on the app they were out of these items. It was a painful process trying to find an alternative because they were out of many items and I decided to just get a refund. I was told to call back Wednesday when the manager returns so they can do my refund. It appears the owner and/or manager have not changed things for the better since I was there a few months ago. I am not directing my poor review towards the staff since they are not properly supported, trained or staffed appropriately. Unfortunately, I am not trying again.
