The worst acai bowl I’ve ever had. Okay, probably not the worst because I still ate it. The fruits were delicious. I will say that the texture of their acai is chunky and a bit hard. It’s not nice and smooth compared to other acai bowls I’ve had in the past. Also, the employee who took our order is lacking in customer service.

I’ve been to multiple Tropical Smoothie Cafe establishments and this one is by far the slowest!! It’s utterly ridiculous how long these wait times are. If you see more than two cars in the drive thru expect at least a 20 minute wait. Someone needs to be held accountable for this inefficiency.

Workers were not really friendly. Smelled like rotten fruit and deadly unclean in there. I wanted to get out as soon as possible and lost my appetite.
Absolutely rude staff, they had an horrible attitude and sounded like they were mad for anybody even coming inside. Behind the counter looked dirty, like it hadn’t been cleaned once all day, lobby was borderline gross.

The manager was rude to the customers. Her name is Natalie. My friend Jakob got fired for no reason and she doesn’t do any work she’s lazy and got promoted to a better position which is unfair. Don’t come to this place if you see Natalie she’s rude and doesn’t have any manners.
