So I came in the Wendy’s today for lunch and everything was going great. Food was OK for being fast food. Everybody was friendly but on their ice machine, they had stickers that said resist ice this is unacceptable These men have families and are out risking their life to keep our country safe have some respect

i called them and told them to cook the burgers well done and i still saw a bunch of pink in the patty. they do not fully cook the meat here

Rude and poor attitude at this wendys. Didn't even want to help out with trying to find the online order and just kept saying well we can't help you with getting a refund when the money was taken out of the account. You have to go through the app and I verified the address was correct.

my wife’s card was not working at the window and the cashier offered her the food free of charge. my wife came back trying to pay back for it once she got her card working. and the excellent Manager of the store still did not accept the payment 🙏🫶 Good People Among Us and Wendy’s has Wonderful people working hard for them . Definitely 💯 grateful and bless to have business with kindness for humanity

Just left and ordered “fresh” nuggets , the quality of the food was very poor and I live on Delaney and choose to go to a farther Wendy’s or Evan the McDonald’s just because the food quality is very very poor. The nuggets today was definitely trash my son didn’t even want to par take in the food.

I’ve always preferred this location over the one in Waukegan, but my recent experience was really disappointing. I placed an order and it was messed up twice. It seemed like the night shift staff were more focused on joking around than doing their job. When I let them know, they gave me attitude and just handed me extra food instead of actually correcting the mistake. I usually get great service here, so this was definitely not what I expected

This location has given me some hope for Wendy’s as a whole with their delivery. I recently moved into the area, craved some Wendy’s but was very hesitant as my old city constantly messed up every… yes, every delivery order I placed. Thank you for every bit of my order being correct, warm, full fries, and not missing sauce, napkins, or my straw.

i came inside to order off the kiosk machine and immediately when i walked in two older ladies started to give me faces and start talking to each other under their breath. they then gathered their other two male associates and they all stared at me while i ordered my food and waited for it. they started speaking in spanish about me as i quite literally know spanish myself. i feel very disrespected and hurt by the way i was treated. i came in minded my business and all i wanted was a chocolate frosty and fries, in return i got dirty looks and felt very uncomfortable i had to go back to my car and eat since i clearly wasn’t welcomed inside.
