i came inside to order off the kiosk machine and immediately when i walked in two older ladies started to give me faces and start talking to each other under their breath. they then gathered their other two male associates and they all stared at me while i ordered my food and waited for it. they started speaking in spanish about me as i quite literally know spanish myself. i feel very disrespected and hurt by the way i was treated. i came in minded my business and all i wanted was a chocolate frosty and fries, in return i got dirty looks and felt very uncomfortable i had to go back to my car and eat since i clearly wasn’t welcomed inside.

The food is typical Wendy’s, not amazing but not horrible. I went around the drive-thru and the guy who answered the mic was quiet, spoke in a monotone and sounded like he was bored. He made ordering a pain, he had the attitude like taking orders was a huge burden. I gave this place a second chance and the same thing happened again. No receipt, poor service and horrible attitudes. This place sucks and I would go to any other Wendy’s before this one again. Last time.

As a cleaning service owner, I always notice the cleanliness of places I visit, and I have to say Wendy’s exceeded my expectations! The restaurant was spotless, from the dining area to the restrooms. On top of that, the food was fresh, and the staff was friendly. It’s refreshing to see such attention to detail in both cleanliness and service. Highly recommend for a great meal in a clean, welcoming environment!

I usually don’t write reviews. But after the 15th time eating here for the year, I had to. My wife and I have season passes to Six Flags and we always stop by this specific location to get Spicy Nuggs and Spicy Chicken sandwich. Every time we eat here it always hits. This locations deserves a Michelin Bib Gourmand! The food is always consistently good and fresh. This Wendy’s never misses. It’s most likely due to the leadership, the GM. I read on the door they have been with the company since 1999. Keep up the good work, hope you get promoted.

The ladies are grumpy half the time, I came today with a mobile order and there’s an Indian dude or Hispanic dude that looks Indian that was SO rude. Told me to my order was in the lobby (from drive through). Nobody in the lobby to get it, grabbed it myself. I order ahead to help everyone out. In and out, easy for everyone. It wasn’t even busy. It was just me. He literally could have handed me my food. The food is hit or miss. This location used to be fire every time. Idk what happened. Right by my house tho ?

I used to love going to this place, but not anymore. Has management changed, just seems as though no one cares. Young man dropped my frostie and had I not been watching he was going to give it to me until the young lady he was working with told him not to. Good help is hard to find these days.
