Twice I have ordered from this restaurant using the app and both times the food has been messed up. I ordered a double stack customized with mayo and ketchup. No mustard, no onion, no pickle and the other one was a regular double stack. Add lettuce tomato. Neither one of them were correct. Everything was mixed up on both of them. There was mustard and mayo on one along with pickles and onions and the other one just had ketchup and lettuce and tomato. Beyond that everything is cold and they had to wait a while for it. So it doesn't make sense to me why any of it's cold because it's not that far of a drive. The last time something was askew with the food and I know a frosty was missing. I'm sure they'll reach out and offer me free food again, but that's not the point. Pay attention to what you're doing. The sour cream and butter for the potatoes is missing and The ranch for the nuggets is also missing. So it wasn't just one thing that went wrong. It was a lot of things.

I placed my app order at 5:11 so I wouldn't have to wait. Got there at 5:30 and it wasn't ready. They hadn't even started my order. Then the guy proceeded to give me my taco salad without chili or sour cream.

In lake county welcome to the worst of the worst, if you want properly cooked food, head to the Libertyville or Round Lake locations, these guys either don’t understand timing or just don’t care: it doesn’t matter if it’s busy or not they’re gonna over cook your food - I’m talking charred black burgers - not put bacon on your Baconator fries and then give you regular instead of diet with no straw or fork for the fries: literally go anywhere else because when you complain they’ll say “sorry we can’t help you” which is code for “we don’t care that we suck”

There is something wrong at this Wendy's. I always regret stopping at this specific Wendy's near Gurnee Mills, there is always something wrong with my order. My most recent visit I was told to pull around and park, then after waiting 20 minutes again my order was wrong. Avoid this Wendy's is my advice.
