I came in for a visit today. I got burnt fries in my order. I thought for sure shift managers were supposed to do a hourly check to make sure the fries are good. But it seems it didn’t happen this time. I also did not receive my receipt. Managers should make sure the food is good and fries should be fresh and filled for the costumer. Meals are not cheap, So costumer’s should get exactly what they pay for.

I placed my app order at 5:11 so I wouldn't have to wait. Got there at 5:30 and it wasn't ready. They hadn't even started my order. Then the guy proceeded to give me my taco salad without chili or sour cream.

I ordered in the self checkout not have any issue ordering, my food was hot but they forgot the toy for my kids meal was to late when I noticed but was ok, for the service not sure I don't interact with the employees only when they give me the food ( No greeting, no thank you only the name for the food) but I was there for the food and the food was good.
