My family loves these pretzels but lately everytime I make the trip from Wisconsin the shop is closing; even though the mall is still open and i can't get my pretzels. I'm so bummed and are wondering if it's still worth going all that way for them.

They ran out of original pretzels, didn't sprinkle enough salt and had to request them to put more on 3 times. They were rude about adding more salt also and lied to me. Never go here!!!

Terrible! Paid $15 for two bags of pretzels that were rock hard.
It’s national pretzel day and they wouldn’t give a pretzel! One of the workers was saying they don’t participate because they did it last week but that didn’t make sense. I don’t understand the lies and I’m very upset because I came to the location just for this purpose and they didn’t honor the national pretzel day offer
I am here at Wetzels Pretzels on 1/6/21 at 12:09 pm and the young man working here deserves a raise. He has amazing energy and passion for what he does. He got my food ready very quickly and my food tastes amazing.

Good-tasting pretzels with a twist (maybe 2 or 3 twists, it's a pretzel to start with). There's hotdogs and drinks, too.

Best pretzel I have had in a long time. I am not from the area and I usually just get Auntie Anne's (which is good too) but wetzels is more consistent and is larger in size...which is always a plus!!!
