Wetzel Pretzel's is located in Gurnee Mills, at Entrance A, by Ruby Tuesdays. It is actually one of two Wetzel's Pretzel's in the mall. Wetzel's Pretzels seems to have nearly the same menu as Auntie Anne's. Baked pretzels, baked cheese pretzels, pretzel bites or wrapped hot dogs, I think it really comes down to one's preference about which is the better pretzel. We did try the cinnamon & sugar Wetzel Bitz and they were pretty good. The staff was friendly.

I ordered 2 drinks, a dip, a pretzel and a cinnamon sticks... the cashier then said, (and I quote) "We are giving away dollar pretzels. Which flavor would you like?" I was then charged $1.15 for a soda refill. When I took the item back the manager said the charge was for the pretzel and looked pissed off when I told him, "If you charged me, then you can't tell people you are 'giving away $1 pretzels'". Sneak ... read your receipts!!
