Very rude service at the drive through. They told me I wasn't ordering properly. I asked for a bacon egg and cheese sandwich combo. The order taker said I didn't say combo. Fortunately I caught on the pay screen and said that's the combo? He said no you said sandwich only. Last time I checked, there's a big difference between only and combo. Ive had poor service at this location in the past as well. I only went there because I do like WC breakfast.

Food was all wrong. Ordered 2 cases and was made wrong. I don't live-in the area as could not return right away. Wasted money on the foor and my mcdonald's money I paid for another meal as this one was wrong

I went to the White Castle located on Grand Ave in Gurnee at 11:20 pm on October 23 (hopefully this reaches the manager and they know exactly who I am referring to). After giving my order to the lady at the intercom, i started to ask for sauce and was interrupted with “just tell me at the window”.. I told her at the window and she put the sauce in the bag, after driving away i realized she gave me sauce i didn’t even ask for. I tried to walk into the store but the lobby was closed and the drive thru line was way too long. She wouldn’t let me into the lobby and told me to walk to the drive thru window.. I never write reviews but felt extremely embarrassed that i had to walk in front of the other cars that were waiting and the way i was spoken to is frustrating. I can’t understand how they hire people who lack respect and customer service.
