For not having many White Castle restaurants in the area. I visit this location at least once a month. I usually prefer take out because the restaurant gets lest cleaning than the local MacDonald’s. There’s trash and food on the floor, tables covered with crumbs, salt grains and straw wrappers. The food was okay the other times but today I got cold sliders with cheese that didn’t even melt. Which was hard to understand after we waited for over 30 minutes for our food. Feeling disappointed and I hope to have a better experience next time.

On three separate occasions I was told that my items could not be made because the grill was off, including all breakfast items. I was told I could get regular burgers but nothing from the breakfast menu. On one occasion, I was asked after already placing my order if I was sure that I wanted those items. To me, laziness, and maybe you should staff your location with better quality of employee, who understands fast food service. One employee in particular with a speech impediment, I received attitude after questioning why the grills were down. Unfortunately this is the only White Castle on my way home from work, please do better.

Shout out to Asia and Arlene... these ladies greet you with a smile and bring the slider magic. The staff was super friendly and helpful. For those who don't know, White Castle makes disgustingly awesome sliders that make you question your life choices but I love that artery clogging grossness. I want more. ?

I love the gurnee ill store, that's my to go to for white castle anytime.
First time ever at a white Castle. My husband and my self are from out of town and just passing through, so we figured we try it out. Not to impressed.I really wish we would have got better fries! The fries were kinda cold and soggy! The burgers were good. Could have been a little warmer. We were at white Castle by 11:05am. So you would think the food would be fresh?

Harold and Kumar should go somewhere else. I've had friends and family rave about white castle... But I was let down... The chicken rings were ok. But no to the burger and all the sauces. This particular one was hot inside like my face felt like it was melting at the table.
We don't have one in Waukegan but they have one in Gurnee Mill fast in and out under 5minParking: Iot of parking

I was treated dismissively at the Drive Thru by an employee by the name of Javier. He asked for my name several times, I even spelled it out for him. He then asked for my order. I don't memorize my orders, so I tried spelling my name for him again and he cut me off and asked for the order. I inevitably had to pull the order up on my phone for him to find it. When you hire incompetent and disrespectful employees like Javier, you not only lose sales but you also lose your credibility as a business. This is to be expected, you can upgrade your building but as long as the service is garbage the restaurant will be regarded as garbage. Did not expect to encounter such xenophobic nonsense today.
