I ordered iced tea here and it tasted awful, like something is wrong with it. I went back to tell them so they don’t serve that to anyone else, and also asked for a refund. They refused a refund and insisted the tea is fresh. This literally tasted like raw sewage smells. I almost threw up when I drank it. They offered me a different drink but I don’t really trust it and just wanted my $3.49 back. So yeah maybe avoid this location.

Every. Single. Time I purchase from this location, my order is messed up or an item is missing. This location is clean but the service and food aren’t worth it a visit.

I will not be back to this Dunkin donut location - 83 W Belvidere Rd Hainesville, Illinois 60030. I would usually stop here on my way to work, but now I’ve started to see a decline and today was the straw that broke the camels back. I placed a mobile order and pull through to the mobile order lane. I was greeted by such confusion .. after verifying my order, two additional people came to the window - one to give me my food order and the other my drink order. Both of them seemed so confused as if my order was not my order after verifying my order name and number. My food was poorly prepared - looked very rushed! My drink cup was wet and slimy. I had to proceed to wipe it off after it was rudely shoved in my hand. After wiping it down, one of the workers returned and questioned me rudely again “WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?” I was in complete disbelief because I had not been handled with such hostility before at Dunkin Donuts. I understand everyone has bad mornings but it should affect the level of customer service that is granted to customers. I will not be back. That is the last $16 they will ever receive from me. I won’t cancel the entire franchise, because I enjoy my morning drinks, but this locations is scratched from my list of stops for sure!

2 medium coffees for $17.80 dunkin is way overpriced for some reason especially for the quality. i’ve had several issues with my orders here.. i ordered 2 drinks in store, a girl only handed me one i showed her my receipt and asked about the other coffee and apparently the guy that was making my order just left because his shift was over thinking it’d be ok to charge me for the one i never got. this place is a JOKE lol save yourself money and go to the starbucks on the corner instead. the service is always great, not to mention way better coffee & food that’s reasonably priced.

Went on my way home from work picked up some donuts and a caramel macchiato received the wrong donuts and the wrong coffee I tried to call and their number doesn’t even work horrible experience never going to Dunkin ever again !!!!

The only well mannered employee who gave good service was the nice Hispanic lady up front. I stood there for more than 5 mins and the two morning employees working drive thru did not have a rush & decided to stand there watching the front employee busting her butt to complete orders. they did not greet nor offer help to the hard working lady. very disappointed.

I have been without coffee for
A few days so I was so excited I was given just enough to finally get coffee. I ordered from grubhub and spent every penny I had. Anxiously waiting my coffee arrived. When it got here it was so dark I knew there was was very little cream, tasted it and found no sugar or very very little was added. Didn't taste any caramel I requested either. It's gross!! I called complained to no avail. I explained I had no car nor am I able to re order and basically was told I would get a refund but was not asked anything but my name.
So here I am unhappy with a cup of nasty coffee!
