I have been without coffee for A few days so I was so excited I was given just enough to finally get coffee. I ordered from grubhub and spent every penny I had. Anxiously waiting my coffee arrived. When it got here it was so dark I knew there was was very little cream, tasted it and found no sugar or very very little was added. Didn't taste any caramel I requested either. It's gross!! I called complained to no avail. I explained I had no car nor am I able to re order and basically was told I would get a refund but was not asked anything but my name. So here I am unhappy with a cup of nasty coffee!

Ordered cold coffee and a cream fill doughnut for the 3 of us, too bad they were Bavarian Custard filled, yuk. The young lady helping us was difficult to understand.
This Dunkin’ is great. They’re efficient and have never messed up an order for me. Nothing has ever tasted stale. They also have a mobile order pickup lane, which is fantastic for cutting the drive thru line.

This location is my favorite place to go when im in the mood. I normally get my sausage and cheese croissant (no egg). They put an extra sausage instead! Always get my coffee right. Thank you guys!

Customer service at this location was absolute garbage. I ordered an iced mocha cappuccino tonight at the drive thru, the exact same drink I have been ordering at NUMEROUS other Dunkin locations for literally years. I received some sort of frozen slushie type drink. I called the store within about 15 minutes of leaving, telling her I did not receive what I ordered. I was informed that I was in fact given what I ordered. I told her again, no i wasn't and again said that the iced cappuccinos are liquid served over ice and again explained that i was given some sort of frozen drink. She rudely said that that's how they make them there and that every person who orders one there expects a frozen drink, like the one i received. I told her that if they are not going to stick to the standard, then they should make sure they tell everyone that theirs are made differently than how every other location makes theirs so that people are aware and don't end up with something they don't want/like. She basically tried telling me that I was wrong, she was right and never once apologized or offered for me to bring it back to exchange it for the correct drink.I will definitely never stop at this dunkin again as apparently they just make up the drink recipes as they go, so you never know what you'll actually end up with, but whether you like it or not, you're stuck with it. And spoken to like you're an idiot.
