Go to any other Dunkin Donuts, out of the dozens I've been to this is the only one I permanently avoid. Complaints of dead flies in orders, not getting orders right, being rude, you name it they do it wrong here.

We've gone here 5 seperate times over a period of several years, yet one thing never changes, this being the worst food establishment I have ever experienced. They have never gotten a single order correct, typically forgetting more than half the order. They aren't particularly warm or welcoming, and their quality with food is inconsistent at best with it oftentimes being severely under or over cooked.I do not say this lightly when I say do not give this place your business, they don't deserve it.

I went in store around 3pm on a Saturday and ordered 3 maple donuts and 3 Boston creams. 2 of the maple donuts were hard as a rock. I went thru the drive thru, showed her how hard it was and they have me a free half dozen to compensate for the hard ones. She didn't have to do that, they NORMALLY don't do that. It made me have so much more trust for this Dunkin. Thank you!!!!

I ordered a signature latte with oatmilk and they got me regular milk I never get this with regular milk and then they said they asked me 3 times for the milk when they never asked that, the service is not as good as different locations

Both girls couldn’t be bothered to say your welcome any of the rimes I said thank you. The girl at first window was rude and said next window without. Then forgets items that came in order. The customer service wasn’t good to me. They could be more friendly or at least polite
