I went in store around 3pm on a Saturday and ordered 3 maple donuts and 3 Boston creams. 2 of the maple donuts were hard as a rock. I went thru the drive thru, showed her how hard it was and they have me a free half dozen to compensate for the hard ones. She didn't have to do that, they NORMALLY don't do that. It made me have so much more trust for this Dunkin. Thank you!!!!
I love the service at this location in haynesville I come every time they're always so friendly helpful and they go above and beyond the Call of duty I want to give a big shout-out to Jasmine!!!!
This Dunkin’ is great. They’re efficient and have never messed up an order for me. Nothing has ever tasted stale. They also have a mobile order pickup lane, which is fantastic for cutting the drive thru line.
