Never had any issue. The lady is always nice & patient & explain what's included with the order. Never needed to wait a long time, always fresh. I like the decoration.

Excellent customer service

My roommate brought me here after picking me up from the airport and we both got the Chicago dog meals. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. Service was top notch. I just can't believe that I have lived down the street from this absolute masterpiece of a restaurant and had no idea. I will definitely be coming back regularly.

Coulda sworn I reviewed this place before... been coming here since opening and NEVER disappointed. Burgers I found average (& by average, of course I mean better than any fast food joint) but what I've found they shine at is their Philly steak, gyro and newly discovered chicken Philly - amongst the best I've ever had! Wish they were just a shade bigger but for the price (& taste) - can't go wrong! Always been greeted pleasantly and never witnessed anything less. If folks are complaining about attitude, my guess is the one you come in with is what you'll be served; IMO, nothing wrong with that. Keep it up yall, this is hands down the best place anywhere remotely close!

Went in the other day. There was three of us. The guy behind the counter was so rude!!! When I ordered the food it was taking awhile. Then I saw a bag on the counter and thought it was ours so I asked before taking it “ is this our food”. He yelled at me and told me not to touch our peoples food. I was so mad I told him to cancel the order and walked out. I cancelled my charge with the bank since no food was received and I’ll never go back to that place. Rude as hell. Not to mention everything he replied is a lie. I do not keep my credit card in my bra and I never open the bags you should have videos so show it. Lying too add that to the list

Everything I've gotten from here has been delicious. Far from the average burger, beef, etc that you get at alot of places. To make it even better the man that's been in there everytime I've stopped in is EXTREMELY polite and friendly. To me thats just as important as the food being good. Give this place a shot you will not be disappointed!
