Imagine being in a long car ride, you stop and ask for a water. Just to be told you can't get a water unless you purchase something. What a joke. I'm not spending 8 bucks to get a water. You guys are awful.

Wow...I always liked going to location because they were always so nice. They were rude, got my order wrong twice and made me feel as if I was inconveniencing them for just being a customer. Awful location now.

This is my go to Starbucks close to home. The staff is my favorite! I am not sure their names even though they know mine by now, love it overall Amazing workers and my drinks are always on point.

Téa the barista always does a great job at making everyone feeling welcome and an inviting environment! She is amazing at always making the drinks taste so good! I know everytime I see her it’s gonna be a good Starbucks day! I applaud her on her dedication with her costumer service skills and the way she makes her drinks, very consistent with always tasting top tier. If you go to this location you will not be disappointed especially if you her!

I don’t know man but every time I get coffee from this Starbucks it tastes so bad. Why does it taste like I’m drinking water with sugar. Doesn’t even taste like coffee. Definitely not worth it. I want my money back.

Rude, RUDE, disrespectful staff.. will NOT be coming back to this location. Made my drinks terribly this morning AND forgot to give me my food.. and then dismissed me and said “oh well there’s nothing I can do”
Not coming back.. everyone should go to Lakemoor by Woodmans they’re respectful and nice!!
Next time put whip cream on the drinks, it’s frustrating when we order online in uber eats, you guys never put whip cream do better

The Starbucks at route 120 in hainesville is terrible. They take literally forever. Waiting in the drive through for 20 minutes with one car in front of me. It's coffee, it's not advanced science.

This location is amazing. The staff is so kind and they are efficient in the midst of the morning chaos especially while Round Lake’s location is closed for remodeling. Please use this location for delivery orders!
