Pretty terrible. I visited a popeyes in woodstock and they were miles better than this one. All I wanted was one fresh spicy chicken sandwich. As soon as I asked the lady if I could get it fresh she just stared at me silently for a like good 8 or 9 seconds (creepy by the way) and then she told the guy that I want it fresh. The guy just mumbled something and looked visibly pissed off. One thing I can say is the food came out quick... which was not what I was expecting if they were making it fresh. Anyhow, I ordered one thing and I feel like they gave me an older one in spite of me for just asking for a fresh one as some sort of cruel joke thinking I wouldn't notice it's obviously not fresh. Not coming here again, no thanks.

Just stopped by for a quick meal, and I must say this was some of the best chicken and service I've had in quite some time. The chicken was fresh and hot and the service was spot on. I always get the same thing, they gave me good options, without making any excuses or me to feel like I was making them go beyond their normal service provided. In my OTR travels, I would definitely stop here again.

I don’t understand people who do their job with a dissatisfied expression on their face, while pretending to be offended by the clients. If you can’t control your emotions, then find yourself a job in some isolated place away from society. Thank you 😊

Waited 30mins on food that should've taken 10mins to get out. They never hollered out our name for who knows how long. I approached the counter to both of the employees behind the line just chatting like it was another Tuesday. they obviously had enough time for that so they had time to yell out names, multiple times even, for sure. So there was no excuse for them to not yell out the name attached to our order.
The blackened tenders were fine since they're made to order but the other tenders look like they've been sitting there for a while. they also threw the cold sauces in with the fried pickles and it cooled it off to where it was lukewarm.

I’ve just stopped by and ordered three piece chicken combo and I picked up my order and left and as soon as I get on the road, I opened the box. There was only two piece of chicken. They charged me 3 piece chicken combo.
