Unfortunately, our experience at this location was disappointing. The restaurant was severely understaffed, and the team seemed focused solely on the drive-thru, leaving in-store customers waiting. Our food, including a Texas Double Whopper that was raw in the middle, took over 15 minutes to prepare, even though there were only four customers in the store. This level of service and food quality is unacceptable, and we cannot recommend this location. We will NOT be back.

I ordered food for delivery app so confusing. Order was for drive thru pickup. A simple mistake that could have gotten fixed if there was a human available to speak with, no straight chat bot that made things way confusing. And not to mention no customer support from the app. If the restaurant is open late then customer support should be open late. Burger King do Better. Very Disappointed.

Terrible experience. I decided to give it a try since it just got remodeled. I ordered a fiery wrap with fries and a blue raspberry freeze I was upset when I realized I got a cherry? Flavor instead and it wasn’t even properly filled, but didn’t care much. What really did it for me was when I opened my bag and realized there was no wrap but instead a sandwich! I open the sandwich and there’s plastic in there! And the chicken looked terrible! I am glad I checked it before taking a bite never again will I go back!!!

I loved Burger King in the past . it actually tastes good. It's been at least a decade since I last visited. The drive thru was busy they were short on staff. My order was cold and so was my sisters. It went down easy I guess but boy oh boy when I tell you we all got food poisoning. It was literally hell on earth. What is going on with corporate fast food stores?

My husband ordered 2 whopper juniors with cheese for 5$ Was told cheese is extra$ so he paid I don't remember exactly because it's been awhile, but something like 8.75. He gets home and I'm upset so I call there asking guy who answers if they have the 2 for 5$ deal on the whopper juniors with cheese, telling him my husband was not charged that and he hangs up on me! Never going back to this rude place again. Weren't very good from there either

Around 6:30 am I ordered a breakfast burrito and hash browns. I pulled out of the parking lot and took one bite; the burrito scalded my mouth. (I still have a blister the next day.)There is no reason for food to be that hot.Oh, and who ever made it needs to learn how to roll a burrito. I had red sauce dripping all over.
Because it was the first time, I shared it with my co-worker and the attention was very good and the service was excellent.

customer service was nice and friendly but I did not enjoy how my food came out it looks like my burger was spit on and the chicken sandwhich was gross and soggy. After I ate the burger it made my stomach sick. I am never coming to this location or trust this location ever , how it made my stomach sick and diherra I wouldn’t recommend this location.

I went through the drive-through wanting a double whopper and a jr whopper, while they did get the it right, They did not get the whopper right as I requested, Just Ketchup and cheese For my son. But they put every topping, I did not check after I got it, because I had ordered from here before. I recommend this place gets new management, as this service is not the greatest.

Morning shift way better but I went last night and EVERYTHING was cold. Cheese sticks was a never again. We went on some we up and hungry, I’m pregnant type thing and this run was a big disappointment. $44 wasted.
