There’s also an asian teen kid who also has no type of manners. They also claim that everything is ran under corporate.

The employees here don't listen. This has happened a handful of times throughout the year but if ordering for pickup, once you pull up to the window they will try to give you someone else's order. You'll tell them which order your here for and twice they have walked away while I'm telling them and again give me someone else's order. Two other times there will be items missing. If your missing items and go inside to correct the situation it will take you 3-4 times of explaining before they get what happened. Regardless if you speak English or Spanish. If you understand Spanish, you will hear the kitchen staff berate you and the people at the drive thru blaming you for the problem of missing items. It's a crap shoot whether you get all your items honestly.

I went in for a burger and fries I sat there eating my burger fries was so salty never wanted to say anything at to finish my burger but not the fries and normally would have ate them all. I seen the manger and told her to replace them she said you at them like I had no right to say anything at all and like I was lying we pay our money didn’t even wanan say anything at all but should have been able to so I came in yesterday and asked instead of the order I had for the chicken fries I just want a burger for the three for $7 dous which that was given me the bag and I asked and said no because I should’ve been order it and I complain about the salty fries like I say I don’t even go there and it was salty if I was Hispanic or white and not black she may have cared about me being someone to and she don’t know me and I’m spending my money it’s more of them out here then us and they have black peoples working in these restaurants but would take our money

Canceled my order for no reason on Uber eats. Will never order from this location again. Order was fries and burgers, pretty sure you have those in stock. Bunch of crap! Same result 8/1 again, I hope this location closes and a restaurant that wants to sell food takes over. This location is a joke!

I came for a late night whopper nd the big old lady took my order right but almost 20$ for my order. Also for them not drop my fires fresh since they redropped them just cause I wanted my fries with no salt. Nd last they jst thru in 3 patties in my whopper instead of the big patty like r y guys that lazy?!?!

Home of the re-fried French fry is what their motto should say. I miss the days of getting fresh fries from this place. Just so burger king knows we can taste the difference between French fries that have sat and been thrown back in the fryer compared to a fresh batch being made. I dont care for the rubber texture of the re-fried French fries either. DO BETTER!!!!
