I like smoothie king, but the staff at this location in Hanover Park, IL have clearly not been properly trained. Multiple times during mine and other’s transactions, the cashier had to keep asking for help from the other employee who also had no idea how to use the system. I tried Smoothie King, ordered through the Smoothie King application that refused to provide any prices until you check out. The low carb option I chose and later researched had 20 carbs, that's not low carb. The option I chose also used questionable sweeteners whereas I would prefer it not have anything that was invented in a laboratory and needed to wait for FDA approval before being used as an ingredient.
