Smoothie was great. But customer service was lacking. Guy they served me acted like he didn’t want to be there and I was annoying him. Very unfriendly.

Never seen the so called new manager . She is so rude and yelled at me in the drive thru as I was driving off. So unprofessional. App needs a serious upgrade and not a 30 minute order window. This location is going downhill. Don't think I will be back after this. I will find another location to spend my money.

I was picking up a smoothie from Smoothie King for a friend and then decided to get myself one too. I walked into this particular locations to check it out on the inside. It was kinda late at night so I was the only one in there. I wasn’t used to such an extensive smoothie menu but loved the unique variety that was offered. I went with a large (32oz) pineapple something and had them add banana to it. Mmmmmmmm, it was soooo yummmmy and I couldn’t help but consume at a rate that resulted in multiple brain freezes. The staff was friendly and attentive, but I was the only one there so I hope they would be. My only qualm in the high price but when you get high quality, you gots ta pay fo what you get! 5 stars for meeting and exceeding my expectations for a smoothie joint. Rock on.

The manager DEBBIE has terrible customer service skills. She is very rude. I asked to speak with a store manger she refused to provide contact information. She told me to leave the store so i called the next day to make a complaint, the woman hung up in my face, i asked my mom to call and speak with them, as soon as she asked for the manager they laughed and hung up. This is the location i usually come to and I’ve never had any issues with the other employees.

On Friday of September 29,2023 I came to this particular smoothie king which I frequently visit, on the daily basis. I got the go go goji crunch bowl which is my favorite. I come here literally everyday before work. So that should tell you I like the bowl. Ok for some odd reason on this day I got my bowl when I pulled up to the window, I notice my bowl was lighter than usual. So after I notice that I asked the young lady at the window can I have extra granola. She states "that's the proper portion", I inform her that it never look so empty especially for me to be paying the price I paid for the bowl. Those bowls are almost $20 dollars. So of course I want to get what I paid for. I didn't make a big deal out of it so I told her " thank you" , and I drove off. Now when I took the lid off and notice I barely had any toppings an my açai wasn't full neither. So I turned back around to go into the store to just get a refund. I go into the store there I see the young lady in there, also it was a older lady which her name was Debbie. I'll insert a photo there of her. I'm not even sure if that's her real name, because I had to ask her three times for her to give me her name so I can report her to corporate about her nasty attitude. She told me they don't offer refunds which I knew was a fib. She said I can remake it for you, but it'll be the same amount. I told her I come here everyday I know how my bowls are supposed to look. I was trying to show her a photo on my phone of how it's supposed to originally look. she was mean In rude to me I didn't even get a chance to show her the pictures. She says to me "well I have new People working here which was also another fib. She was real sarcastic about it, so I told her "ok you don't have to talk to me like that". She tells me ok you can get the f*** out my store. I said what's your name so I can call corporate on you she didn't wanna give it to me after I pulled my phone out to record her. She also said she don't care about me calling corporate. So she took my bowl in said she would remake it over for me, but no she takes it upon herself to just tell me to get the f*** out. I felt so frightened and discriminated against my ethnicity. I left it alone. The following business day I call up there to talk to another higher management. She picks the phone up, I said hello can I speak to a manager? She say this is a manager I said ok what's your name ? She said Debbie, what's yours? I said can I speak to your manager. She says to me" if this is the same lady from yesterday I told my manager about you in we decided that your not allowed back in the store we would talk to you later and hung the phone up on me. So I asked my friend to call up there in maybe she would get another reaction, but nooo the lady was as much rude to her as she was rude to me. And she is a new customer. She called to get her manager name in she hung the phone up on her as well. Now today I still haven't been able to still get in contact with anyone, because now I'm really livid in upset, I check my bank account in I see that my card was charged twice after I already had one pending transaction from Friday. So now something needs to be done immediately, so sense I can't get through to the actual smoothie king my mother called another smoothie king rep which is located in new Lenox. We told her the issue and she was concern, so she wanted to help us so she asked for my name and number an the smoothie king we was calling about. She said she was go call them to try to get the higher manager information. So she called me back to let me know when she called in let them know she was from another location in can she have his manager information he hung the phone up on her as well. Overall iam dissatisfied with my experience there. There is no way your employees should speak in a derogatory manner. I would still like to talk to someone about this issue.

the service was negative. DEBBIE was very rude and hostile. i purchased a smoothie and sat to charge my phone before work. she told me that i could not sit inside i would have to leave i showed her my receipt and she told me to leave or she'll call the police. i felt frightened and discriminated against. tried asking her for the store manager or owners information she took my cup and told me to leave NOW

No sense of urgency. Smoothies were good but had to have them remade, since it was made incorrectly first time. Asked to use my rewards to get some $ off but staff didnt know how to redeem it to give me the discount.

Staff is very rude and they let customers repeat their order’s at least thrice, happens whenever I visit. unfortunately this is the closest location to my abode. Saw a women in pink T-shirt 6.17.2023 guess she was manager very rude wish either the staff change or the location close.

As a regular customer that goes here twice a week, would highly suggest that they hire a leader for the afternoon shift. Those teens that work there in the afternoons are terrible. None of the drinks I order are correct just pieces and chunks of ice in the cup.

I would like to say that I never and I mean NEVER write a review. But today was the worst Smoothie King Experience I’ve ever had. I ordered online and that worked as normal, but what I received was ridiculous. I pull up to the window and was greeted by a “ROBERT!!! Hello ROBERT!!” Completely unnecessary. I just wanted to get my smoothie. Then the guy with curly hair and blonde highlights who screamed in the mic hands me my drink and just laughs. What did I do to you? And on top of that, there was nothing smooth about this drink. It was watered down and not an actual smoothie like one would expect. I used to come to this location but not anymore. I’m not an old guy by any means, but if they want to have this clown working there I will not order from this location again.

Need new cups the cheap styrofoam ones break way too easily. Staff usually aren’t friendly at all.
