I have witnessed the down fall in service and cleanliness of this Indian fast-food restaurant. During my recent visit with family, I noticed many tables loaded with used plates and leftover foods. The remaining tables were also not clean and had greasy surface. The napkin holder was dirty and discoloration. This restaurant used to be clean and known for good service. This time the door and window glasses were smudged with hand prints all over. The onions with Chole Bhuttera dish had bad smell as those were chopped early in morning according to the manager. When ordered faluda drink, the employee struggled to open the mango puree container with a butter knife unsuccessfully. It felt like either the staff was over tired or management was not interested. I can continue to write but honestly experience this time was not as expected at all.

There is a lot of bad food from them. I ordered an old one. They did not give it to me. They took the money in full. I request everyone on the item counter not to take any food from them. They make dirty food and do not send anything in full.

Food here is great if you are craving some Indian street food. The only thing i would like to add is ordering by call.

This place was once our favorite spot, we used to drive all the way from Naperville. My recent visit though was very disappointing. No samosas, no cut mirchi, no Panneer. It was a NO for whatever we asked, I was like I ve heard restaurants saying a NO but not for everything. Finally we settled for a dosa and what we got was a semi cooked dosa. The minute I received it, I told the rude lady in the counter that I can see it with my eyes that it’s not cooked but she pointed to an another customer and said look he is ok with it and why are you complaining. I had to tear a piece of dosa and rub it using my fingers to show her the wet batter. This place is done atleast for me, I wish to give it a -5 if I could.
Arrived at 9:20pm when it says clearly closes at 9:30pm and their open sign is still on and the door was open and people were eating inside - the rude lady at the front said we close the kitchen at 9pm. What a waste of a drive, asked for simple Pani puri which doesn’t take much prep time but she still refused, it’s still 9:28pm

Very disappointing experience at Neehee's. We drove all the way from Schaumburg because our parents specifically wanted Rava Dosa, and the kids were excited to enjoy the Indo-Chinese dishes. After arriving, we were informed that they would not be making Rava Dosa. After requesting again, they agreed to make only one, saying it would “hold up the grill.” Later, we also found out that Indo-Chinese items were unavailable as well.
Unfortunately, this is not the first time we’ve faced this issue here. It’s disappointing when customers make the effort to visit based on the menu offerings, only to find multiple popular items unavailable.
There are plenty of other restaurants that value their customers and provide a much better dining experience. We left without having anything. Sadly, i would not return to Neehee’s.

We got dosa with chutney and sambar, masala dosa with dipping sauces, dosa with chutney and mango, rava dosa with assorted chutneys, veggie paneer Hakka noodles, idli with sambar and chutney, and vegetable Hakka noodles with cilantro. We ate and it was so good! Will definitely come back

Please do not go there.
Bad bad customer service. I went to pick up chole bhatura and Dahi puri chaat. There was an order of extra bhatura in chole bhatura. The chaat was completely soggy and looked like premade and stale. Also there was no extra bhature which I paid extra 3 dollars for, it was missing altogether. I tried to call them to rectify the problem, no answer, nobody picks up the phone and also voice box was full memory so messages could not be left. So I had to drive back to the restaurant which is like 10 miles away from home just to prove my point. The ladies at the counter were very rude started fighting and arguing with me that we gave you 3 not 2 bhatura, “you are wrong”. Omg am I crazy to drive back just to get that extra bhatura. Also the Spanish dudes working behind did not look like they spoke English, so how can they understand the order on line. They instead of being apologetic made me look crazy and starving for stupid extra bhatura. But I am not gonna stay quiet, I have decided to write bad review on every platform and encourage my friends who ironically have similar experience to write bad reviews.
The lady also told me they cannot afford to put dahi or yoghurt separately in a container because it costs extra. Then stop taking online order to carry out for gods sake. Please do not go there, if I could I would have left them zero star.

I was at your restaurant yesterday for dinner around 830pm. I went to the bathroom, and the soap has clearly been diluted to the point that it's just water, like doesn't even foam when you rub your hands together. This is the same bathroom that I assume the staff preparing and serving my meal use, so I'm assuming they basically aren't washing their hands.
I explained the situation to one of the staff member and he advised me to use another sink just out-side the kitchen. That soap dispenser was totally dry at all. The public is at risk.
Proper hand hygiene is crucial in restaurants. Management needs to pay attention to this critical issue to prevent the spread of foodborne illnesses.
The price mentioned on line vs price charged ateuch higher. Which is not acceptable.
When asked lady replied that is what it is.
Customer will certainly loose interest in coming again or referring some one.
Sorry to be blunt but management is not professional.
This does not happen in any American franchise store.
Never ever buy a falooda from this place. The amount of noodles they put in the falooda makes you wonder if you’re eating falooda or Pad Thai. There was barely a small scoop of ice cream, which is supposed to be one of the main parts of a falooda.
We purchased two faloodas and it was the worst money we’ve spent. Very disappointing quality and portion balance. Definitely not worth it. I would never recommend buying falooda from here.
