Hubby and I ordered Jamocha shakes. We got vanilla shakes with a little drizzle of chocolate on top. Usually delicious, very disappointed this time.

I came to Arby’s just now to eat. There were 3 people working behind the counter, not counting the ones cooking. There were NO OTHERS eating inside. I waited and waited and no one even took my order. I gave up and left, so I will eat somewhere else tonight. Bad customer service!
