Employees confused of ordering a Arby’s beef sandwich. Asked which one Arby’s beef plain sandwich. Just couldn't understand. Would help if he put his phone down and talked to customer instead of friends on the phone.
Order the new hush puppy fish. It was hot, fresh, and excellent. Hope to see this more often. Clean store.

It sucks!!!!! I hate that place! That is not a true roast beef sandwich! Drive thru service never gets the order right. The lot is a mess most of the time. Would be nice if they cleaned it up a little.

Our food was cold. The wagyou burgers that we got were drenched in the sauce. So much so that the ingredients of the burger were sliding off from between the buns. I have gotten this burger during lunch time before, and it was excellent. Had got it like this one the first time I ate one, I wouldn't have ever ordered it again. Get it together night crew!!!!! ???

Takes 30-45 minutes to get your food at 930 at night. They say they will take your order but you sit and wait 10 minutes. And have to get their attention, then they act like your are an inconvenience.
My food tastes like it was left under a heat lamp for quite a while. I visited at 1230ish I should have known when the place was empty to keep going.
