I will have to say that I was very pleased with my cashiers today. The order taker was very patient with me and helped me with my coupon code. And the guy giving me my food had the best smile and kind attitude to share that I complimented him. I really appreciated that today from the Commercial St. BK in Harrisburg, IL! Well done!

We ordered two double impossible whoppers plain. When we got home with them 49 minutes away they were not plain. We paid $18 for these two sandwiches and can’t eat them. Tried to call the restaurant and they are not answering their phone. We are very disappointed.
