First time eating at this BK and it seems like the people in the kitchen were getting experimental or heavy with the salt and pepper. Felt like my fries were actually a salt lick and my chicken fries had a pepper shaker lid fall off on top of them--not spicy just pepper.Also, I am pretty sure the person at the window had a Confederate Flag tattoo and that was not ok.

Whopper Wednesdays. Can't beat a $3.00 Whopper. Good meal about $10.00. Cheese on a Whopper has never been included. It should be. And $ .70 to add a small 2/3 oz slice of cheese...hard pass. I won't gripe more because the food was hot and tasty. Recommend the fries and onion ring combo. The large is a great deal only $0.20 more than a medium. Go large.

The burger king in West City Illinois had no meat for the burgers only had fish and or chicken. It seemed odd. Do Better Next Time

I like Burger King's food. Something about a whopper and onion rings together tastes so good. Tried to get that flavor combo with other burgers and onion rings. Not the same! Haven't only had Burger King here twice. They were good we had no problem and I will go back. Service was good. Was clean clean but it was ok on the outside.

I was unaware that they put pickles on fish sandwiches when I went through the drive thru earlier in the day. I was headed out of town for the day and when I got back I took the sandwich in to see if they could replace it. The person at the front counter whom I think was a manager or at least a shift leader, was awesome! Not just with me but with the other customers as well. Top notch customer service. I hadn't been to a BK in quite a while but I will definitely be going to this particular location a lot more. I think the employees name was Donte' or something similar.

I got food poisoning from this exact Burger King. When I went through the drive thru they weren't kind at all. The lobby is almost always dirty. Never going again and I honestly don't know how they're still open. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Garbage and poorly run. Waited 30 mins then 10 more minutes to get money back. Manager couldn't or wouldn't run the shift. Crew was obviously over stressed and didn't get any assistance from him. They clearly hadn't been able to clean or stock any needed materials. They kept taking orders even though they couldn't complete a single one. It took the manager and 2 crew members to even get money back after they finally paid attention to me asking to cancel my order.Taco bell had us in and out in 5 mins.
