I will have to say that I was very pleased with my cashiers today. The order taker was very patient with me and helped me with my coupon code. And the guy giving me my food had the best smile and kind attitude to share that I complimented him. I really appreciated that today from the Commercial St. BK in Harrisburg, IL! Well done!

They may have accidentally put ketchup on my friend’s burger, but they were extremely accommodating, so it didn't even matter! The service was excellent, the people affable, and this location remains my—and my friends’—favorite Burger King anywhere I (and we) can fancy.

The fries and onion ring combo is recommended, with the large size being a great deal. The flavor combination of a Whopper and onion rings is unique to Burger King. The service is good, and the location is clean. The staff, including the manager or shift leader, provide top-notch customer service, making the dining experience enjoyable. Despite a small mishap with the fish sandwich, the overall experience at this Burger King location is positive.
