My Hardee's is his currently featuring what they're calling an Italian beef . Give me a break this is by far the worst excuse for an Italian beef sandwich I've ever tasted. Relish on an Italian beef and relish made with carrots at that? Please somebody send these people to Chicago and teach them how to make a real Italian beef sandwich, on real crunchy Italian bread not on a hoagie and please where's the garlic? And it's $8 so don't waste your money

I don't go to Hardee's often as the prices have gotten out of hand. I went to a sit down restaurant tonight and got a double mushroom Swiss burger with fries for less than a single mushroom Swiss combo at Hardee's. Yes it's good food but it's too expensive for fast food. A milkshake was $5. That's unreal. Not a large, just the only size they have.

Me and my mother went here today on a trip and we wanted to get something to eat. We got 2 chicken wraps, a Hot Ham and Cheese sandwich and some fries. We waited over 15 minutes for our food even after we had to pull up, the lady at the drive thru didn't give us our food and was giving other people's food while forgetting about us and the person behind us. The person who works here should be fired because obviously she forgets about people's food and didn't even apologize because my mom was forced to get out of the car and pick it up. The food was good but the service was terrible, there was no reason for us to wait 15 minutes or longer for fast food.

Please tell the Franchise Owner to train staff. If you ever have an issue (which is 99 percent of time) with an app purchase or a simple QR code from app the staff is completely helpless. It could be their coupon with a discount and they have no basic clues on how to honor their own code or coupons. App is the worse out of all apps I ever downloaded.
The only 2 things good about the Hardee's in Harrisburg is clean and warm. The staff took (so far) an hour for our food. They then said it was not their fault. They stood and talked to each other at the counter instead of taking care of their customers. Horrible to them when the had complains.

Superior Star owned franchisee and quietly poorly ran. Everyone working here today seemed miserable to be there, and if they didn't look it, they said it verbally. Very understaffed and so much so the regular operation items (drink station and trash receptacles) were left unattended. For what is likely the busiest day of the year, they really need to do a better job of staffing the demand. We felt bad for those working through it all. Likely the last time we stop by here for breakfast.
