They always close early. It says closes at 10pm, even says it on their window. But closed even before 9pm.

Please tell the Franchise Owner to train staff. If you ever have an issue (which is 99 percent of time) with an app purchase or a simple QR code from app the staff is completely helpless. It could be their coupon with a discount and they have no basic clues on how to honor their own code or coupons. App is the worse out of all apps I ever downloaded.

The only 2 things good about the Hardee's in Harrisburg is clean and warm. The staff took (so far) an hour for our food. They then said it was not their fault. They stood and talked to each other at the counter instead of taking care of their customers. Horrible to them when the had complains.

Superior Star owned franchisee and quietly poorly ran. Everyone working here today seemed miserable to be there, and if they didn't look it, they said it verbally. Very understaffed and so much so the regular operation items (drink station and trash receptacles) were left unattended. For what is likely the busiest day of the year, they really need to do a better job of staffing the demand. We felt bad for those working through it all. Likely the last time we stop by here for breakfast.

My and my husband's favorite place for breakfast. The skips and gravy, yeah, baby.

Parking: Not too much parking. It's a little hard to get in for parking but there is parking.

Kid-friendliness: I mean, it's Hardy's.Come on.Kids love fast food so obviously it's kid friendly

Waited 20 minutes for 3 burgers and drinks. Drinks were DISAPPOINTING so flat and watery I just dumped them out. Burgers were gross, nothing was warm, price was too high and it wasn’t worth the trip out of my house. I don’t expect much from them I’ve always had bad service there but the cherry on top was the skanky drive thru worker saying “here” when practically throwing me my food after I spent all that time waiting on my shitty food. Pathetic.

We have waited in line for our food for over 30 minutes now. They are making everyone pull up and wait after paying.

Waited in line in the drive thru for at least 5 minutes per car. Backed up to roadway. I would have gone elsewhere if I would have known the long wait between each customer. Food is great. Service in need of a lot of work. Do better!!!
