Kroger pick here is terrible. You check in on the app, then you wait. Third time I have waited over 20 minutes for someone to come out with my order. Each time I have to call at least 2x to get my order. There is no one else waiting. This time the pick up girl was on break. I mean so no one else knows how to do that. Maybe we need to train more people.
