Ordered takeout , Sausage onion mushroom 12”. Said it would be 20 minutes . About 15/20 minutes they brought me a pizza . I opened it said there’s no sausage. They took it back and set on the oven . Waited another 10/15 then asked about my pizza . The lady said this one is yours (same one they tried to give me ) I said there’s no sausage on that one . She said it’s under the cheese . I said there’s no way , you can’t see it . She said there was I reluctantly took the pizza . Got in the truck picked through to find no sausage in the pizza whatsoever. The cashier made me feel like I was in the wrong in front of a busy restaurant. I had high hopes as this place was recommended to me . Can’t say I’d want to come back . Should had either had them make a new one or give me my money back .

The pizza was good. Adequate toppings and nice, crisp thin crust. Service was ok. Orders are placed at the counter and the pizza was brought to our table. We weren't offered refills on our drinks and had to go to the counter and ask for boxes. I'm not sure if this is the usual for this restaurant or not. It was my first visit.

They accommodated our large group on short notice. We had a wonderful time in a private room. They brought us delicious pizza. The Harrisburg special is great.

We love Mackie’s!! John is a great guy and the food is always great. We always try to stop when we are in town.
