This is the first review I’ve willingly wrote so that alone says a lot. I love pizza, my family loves pizza. We got pizza from Pizza Hut tonight just 2 large single top, and an order of cheese sticks. But, for the first time in a very long time the pizza crust was outstanding, I’m not speaking on Pizza Hut in particular, I’m speaking on ALL pizza from ALL places. The crust was perfect. Crisp on the outside and fluffy cloud like inside, not over cooked, not undercooked. So whatever they’re doing up there. Kudos to yall!! Seriously!! Thanks for the great food tonight that I did not have to cook haha

One of the cleanest pizza huts I've ever been in! We stopped in after hiking in Shawnee National Forest. Order a personal Chicken sausage and a personal Supreme with salad bar and cheesy bread sticks. It was delicious. Service was great and the place was all decorated (doesnt show in my pics but it was) for Christmas with a Christmas tree , etc. If in the area soon again I will definitely stop in.

Had a great lunch buffet yesterday. The dessert was delicious. The salad bar was fresh. And there were a lot of pizzas to choose from. And top it off with good service.

I had an amazing experience with Pizza Hut today. You can definitely feel a different and better vibe being brought to Pizza Hut by the new, amazing general manger Brittany. She is so nice and I look forward to talking to her every time I dine in.

This is twice in two weeks they sold me a bad pizza. There won't be a third time. I bought a burnt pizza last week and a undercooked doughy pizza just now. If they cant make a pizza they they should change their name. I'm deleting the app. It's a sad world when a gas station makes better pizza than a place I've went to since I was a kid.

Yes hiiiiiiii pizza hut has sucked a little less latley they are hiring more and new people in and I even see they have been doing panting and cleaning. Today 8/19/2025 they had the ppp deal for 💵 2.16 so we got that and when we went in to pick up they even had almost a full dining area for buffet. So again they can’t suck to bad any more def try to keep open minds they can try to change.
If I could give zero Stars I would. I never received my food. I have tried to get ahold of somebody for a refund. I made an order online when to go pick it up and the restaurant was close earlyd. When I finally did get somebody's attention at the drive-thru window (after calling multiple times)they said that they were closed early due to staffing shortages. When I told them my name they walked over to the counter and grabbed up my order ticket that had my current phone number on it, They never even called me to tell me that they couldn't make my order. They never refunded me. Been trying to get a refund for well over 2+ wks now. **Update: I've sent two emails and still have not received a response.

Waited 45 minutes for our order.,no one said anything, finally went to the front, was told they were just putting it in the oven because the oven messed up and ruined the order. Had to get up and get our own refill.lunch time on Sunday.,Only 2 other people there, now I know why.

Order food and waited due to being from out of town. Pulled up to the drive thru window and watched two grown men argue, completely avoiding us at the window. Then a third gentleman came by and still nothing. Waited 5 minutes and just left.
