Yes hiiiiiiii pizza hut has sucked a little less latley they are hiring more and new people in and I even see they have been doing panting and cleaning. Today 8/19/2025 they had the ppp deal for 💵 2.16 so we got that and when we went in to pick up they even had almost a full dining area for buffet. So again they can’t suck to bad any more def try to keep open minds they can try to change.

If I could give zero Stars I would. I never received my food. I have tried to get ahold of somebody for a refund. I made an order online when to go pick it up and the restaurant was close earlyd. When I finally did get somebody's attention at the drive-thru window (after calling multiple times)they said that they were closed early due to staffing shortages. When I told them my name they walked over to the counter and grabbed up my order ticket that had my current phone number on it, They never even called me to tell me that they couldn't make my order. They never refunded me. Been trying to get a refund for well over 2+ wks now. **Update: I've sent two emails and still have not received a response.

Waited 45 minutes for our order.,no one said anything, finally went to the front, was told they were just putting it in the oven because the oven messed up and ruined the order. Had to get up and get our own refill.lunch time on Sunday.,Only 2 other people there, now I know why.

I admit I was a little late calling there 20 minutes before closing and tried to order some food for pickup. But I was told they were getting ready to close so they wouldn't take my order. Bad for business if you ask me.

My mother placed an order and when she went to get it the doors and drive through were locked. I called there multiple times and you guys called me back and then hung up.

Order food and waited due to being from out of town. Pulled up to the drive thru window and watched two grown men argue, completely avoiding us at the window. Then a third gentleman came by and still nothing. Waited 5 minutes and just left.

My wife and I stopped into eat salad. We had to find our own utensils, We had to ask for drinks. The service here is horrible. We will never go back We even had to ask for salad bar utensils Do not ever go there. Avoid at all cost.......

The service was horrible, a family order of cheesebread sticks took over 45 min. Servers where cutting up and jacking around. Sweet tea tasted like cleaning supply. Had to go ask for silverware so we could eat our salad. This will be the last time we'll visit this one. No plates for our breads tick either
My husband and I walked in and waited to be seated as per the sign. From across the dining room, the waitress asked if we were dining in and I said yes. She looked around the dining room that was literally empty except for one table and told us to sit at a booth. She brought menus then come back and took our order. She left and came back seconds later with not our drinks but our bill! I have never had that happen before. I mean giving the customer the bill when the food is delivered is bad enough! We got our drinks, then our breadsticks and then our pizza. I had to ask for plates to eat off of. We never seen our waitress after that! However, we seen the manager along with several other employees standing/sitting with the customers that were there when we walked in. The manager was talking about her having surgery and being off work for three weeks to how she had to get rid of a manager before she could hire her family. We got done eating, if you want to call it that as the pizza was not fit to eat! I ate one piece and husband ate two out of a large pizza. It was obvious that we were done as our plates had our napkins in them and my debit card sitting on the black bill holder. There was another family that came in before we got our food and I asked one of the two boys, who I assume was either kitchen help or delivery drivers, that had brought their food out for a box (as we were not leaving the pizza for employees to eat) and where I would pay our bill. He got us a box and one of the waitresses that had been visiting with the first table came over and asked what I needed and I said I needed to pay our bill. She took my card and then brought it back and handed me two slips of paper with one of them asking for a signature. I asked her for a pen to sign with and she rudely said that I don't need to sign it. Through this whole experience, the manager sat there! Let me just say, the pizza got thrown out as soon as we got home. We will never eat there again. I would literally give ALL zeros if I could!

Absolutely the worst service I've had at a restaurant! Food from the salad bar was bad enough my wife got sick right after she ate it. We ordered 2 orders of boneless wings and both orders had "wings" the size of the end of your pinky finger. Then all the shakers & our light shade above our table has pizza sauce all over them. After seeing ours we looked at the other tables and they were all just as nasty! We were literally the only customers in there and took over 10mins to get someone to come refill our drinks. This place is going to get someone very sick!

We ordered the triple treat to bring home. No receipt given. The worse pizza ever called and complained they told me to never come back. The guy who answered was rude first by stating he didn't make it. Very bad additives, no wonder they are loosing business they use to be so good. Don't worry we won't be back.
