I ordered off the app. When I got my food i realized it was the wrong sandwich. I called the store after I got to work and was about to eat my lunch, the worker that answered the phone was very rude and basically told me it was my fault that I picked up the wrong order when my name was on the receipt on the bag. She refused to let me speak to her supervisor and refused to let me know her name so I could call later and talk to a manager. She finally agreed to let me have someone pick up order as long as I sent the wrong one back, no problem I work in the food service. She gave my friend that went to get it for me problems and when I got the order back it was still wrong and cold. I won't be going back and I hope that their manager and corporate managers read this and actually do better from now on. There is no reason for the attitude when they made the mistake in the first place...

Ordered an outlaw. I was asked if I wanted it toasted. I declined. The employee proceeded to make the sandwich with cold steak. In over 30 years, I’ve never seen this. I asked him if he was going to heat the steak. He told me I said I didn’t want it toasted. He then argued with me over toasting a sandwich v heating up the meat. I left. I can’t believe the poor store owner has to pay idiots $14 an hour.

I’m very dissatisfied this is the second time I have placed my order online went to pick it up and again my sandwich is NOT TOASTED it won’t make it to a third time cause I will not be back thanks for the COLD sandwich!!!

I never really do this, but I didn’t speak up when I should’ve at the restaurant, so I am now. I went in, they were busy and stressed, I get that. I’ve also had a miserable day myself, so I didn’t want to create any bigger issue. I was getting my sub made, everything was fine. When it came to the toppings, someone started making my order into someone else’s online order; so the toppings were incorrect. Nobody asked, I was just standing there very anxious. When he had realized it, he ripped off the toppings and kinda tossed my sandwich around before tossing it down pretty angrily and frustrated. It got made correctly, but I was too hesitant to ask for a remake on my sub because there were people behind me, bad day was going on, and everyone seemed frustrated. With the way prices are, it just kind of sucks to this experience and paying almost $10 for a 6in sub. Please if this happens again, just remake the sub. We’re all struggling, but I don’t want that to be taken out on my food. :( I go here a lot and usually it’s decent, the girls are really nice there, so this won’t ruin that. I wanted to just voice my opinion and speak up about today.
