I am disgusted! I went to eat my onion rings and there was a dead fly! Completely lost my appetite! How can they serve this to their customers!?! I tried to call 5 times with no answer and it said their mailbox was full! Go figure it’s probably full of complaints!
Harvards Burger King has become a place of greed. I have alway just said the coupon code and gotten my food. Today they want to see my coupon on the bk app. My manager said, "It is the store owners new policy". At first I thought it was because they need to scan the code into the register. Upon asking, they don't scan the code. Why ask for the coupon? They are just being so petty. I will never support them again. I advise all of you to do the same.
