Always a great place to eat, fast, efficient and delicious food
Ignorant staff, especially the child manager. Owners should be ashamed
I do enjoy the food and concretes at culver's, but I do need to say their customer service needs to change. they never apologize for their mistakes. they use to be very friendly and had good service, not sure why they have changed. their managers on duty definitely need to have some better training on treating customers better. without customer you have no business.
