We had only a few minutes before our train departed and needed food and bathroom. The lady working was super nice and helpful and placed an order for me and my travel companion. Super clean bathroom. Made it with plenty of time to get on the train and had a tasty steak taco to tide us over. Thank you!
Usually a hole in the wall restaurant usually turns out to be a gem. But not this one, this one is beyond a gem; this has the best tacos in Illinois. One of the workers, a really grumpy old man, came up to us with an attitude, not even politely and told us that we needed to buy something. But it was the way that he looked at us and spoke to us that told me that I should get the tacos. So we ordered some chicken tacos they were super plain. Crazy how many authentic Mexican places there are in Harvard. It seems out of place for a small farming town for real. La Loncherita is another one of these. Actually it's more like a convenience store than a cafe. This has a dining area, so you can eat it here or take it wherever.
