La Trinidad Restaurant offers authentic Mexican cuisine with excellent flavor. Despite being a bit pricey, the food quality speaks for itself. The atmosphere is great, although service can be slow at times. The infrastructure may be dated, but the cleanliness and savory dishes make up for it. The food is very good and very flavorful. The salsa and both hot sauces were excellent. The Pastor and steak tacos were great. The chimichanga dinner was fantastic with a crunchy flakey shell and loaded with steak. The horchata was great. It is a great place for very sensitive celiacs. Don't miss out on trying their flan!
