I have went to the location and Howard heights and the late afternoon waited about 5 to 6 minutes in the driveway Will the store was not that busy it was slow and my salad was simple no meat instead they forgot to put the dressing that I asked and when I got home and I called them they told me that there's nothing they can do if I want to come back otherwise they can give me coupons I don't eat meat so I can't get any coupons to get a sandwich on vegetarian horrible customer service taking 6 minutes in the drive-thru just for a salad when they're not that busy

Ordered in the drive thru, was directed to a drive thru parking spot. Sat there for 20 mins and watched everyone around me get their order.
I eventually go in to see what the issue is only to be mumbled at by who I assume was the manager.
No “sorry for your wait” or “what’s your order number” which I couldn’t even tell him because I didn’t get a receipt
I ask for a refund, without even addressing me after to resolve the issue this person just bangs on the screen and walks away. Again, no receipt for my refund, no sorry for the inconvenience after spending 30mins at a drive thru.
This was my first time visiting this location and I will not return nor will I recommend
If I could give negative stars I would.

This place doesn’t not follow CULVERS policy that employees should have smile and greet customers. Visited 8/25/2025 7:52 PM. The service is the worst in all CULVERS. None have no smile on face at all. The cashier when I order dine in she was very inpatient. But the management team/guest service team is great. They acknowledge their mistakes responded my email concerns quickly. I believe it will be better in the future.
Horrible chicken sandwich! Can I tell you it was dry. It was like it was re-cooked. I’m guessing they’re new making chicken sandwiches. Culver’s you need to go back to the drawing board with this one. stick with your burgers and your cod fillet sandwiches. The only reason I try it was a buy one get one free. that’s not even worth it. The taste was horrible. Sorry Culver’s again. You can definitely make those burgers, get out of the chicken business.

I've been going to Culver's for a long time and today I just wanted some ice cream. Usually just a scoop in a dish does the job but today they must of ran out of custard. I got my dish and it was half empty, the smallest amount of ice cream I've ever gotten at a Culver's, it was 3 spoonfuls and that's it.
Maybe it was someone new, a bad day, but the drive thru should be double checking everything before handing it out, it looked basically empty.
