I ordered a Lasagna, and an order of pasta, with meatballs from Rex’s on May 1, 2025. The employee placed my food in two separate take out containers, then in one plastic bag. I brought my order up to the cashier , paid and went home. I never once flipped my food over on its side. I was holding the order from the two plastic handles the whole time. Simply the best food period. As so many in this area I've been coming to see Anthony and his family for 25 plus years. I'll say this, if anyone ranks rexs lower than 4.8 they shouldn't be allowed back because they're insane and a risk to society. 🙃
My #1 spot in the Chicagoland area for anything Italian food. My personal favorite is the eggplant parm sandwich.
The eggplant parmigiana dinner and sandwich were more than delicious. Highly recommend.
