Best part of Chicago visit by far! But your crust is amazing and sausage patty so delicious.

While the food is good, the customer service is horrible! The had a buy one get one free deal that I ordered online. It didn’t give me then discount so I called immediately and they wouldn’t give me the discount. I even asked if I could get a credit for a future order and was told no. Complete false advertisement! This location doesn’t value their customers!

If you've been to Lou Malnati's, you don't need to hear about how good the pizza is. If you haven't been, change your life! This location was quick, clean, and friendly. Price was decent, but it would be a bargain at twice the price.

They complete all other orders first and only deliver yours at the very end. Delivery took much longer than expected. Not a great experience.

We've been coming to this carry-out location since its opening.
We usually order the Large Deep Dish Sausage with extra tomato sauce, and it is always made to our satisfaction. The rare times we've had issues, we were offered free pizza. We never do delivery as we like it right out of the oven to take home immediately. It is usually ready on time, with a few exceptions when we had to wait. The employees are friendly and accommodating. WE LOVE LOU'S!

This place is the worst better off going to the actual restaurant. Do not waste your money here not the same as the restaurant

The worst experience and service I ever had , ordered pizza and it shows it will ready in 39 minutes . I reached store after 45 minutes it still not ready and waited more 50 minutes to get and staff doesn’t tell when it will ready, almost waited 2 hours that’s crazy .

I have been coming to Harwood Heights Lou Malnati’s for years. Never had a problem at this location. Pizza is always fresh and delicious. Employees are super nice.

Paid around 30 dollars for 9 in small deep dish with 2 toppings and buttercrust. Feels a bit steep. Also their drinks suck. More sugar than any of the flavors theyre supposed to have. Pepsi drinks suck so does Dole and Crush. More sugar than flavor.

I waited for my pick up order for 35 minutes.

I'm editing my review. Initially I had a bad experience at this one location one time, but they made it right. This revised review reflects my thoughts on the previous dozens of times I've had Lou Malnati's.
