Update: lately seems to be issues with delivery times being accurately reported in app. Also problems with staff reporting wrong information regarding food finish times and door dash pick up.
Door Dash is a horrible service.

I do love Lou's, but this location wasn't great. The Lou Salad and Butter crust with sausage is one of my favorite meals.

We ordered a couple of pizzas tonight and one of the pizzas had a wrong ingredient. It was an understandable mistake but not an ingredient we would enjoy.

I called up and they were very nice and made us another one right away. When I went to pick it up they were very apologetic and the manager couldn’t have been nicer. The new pizza was exactly what we’ve come to expect , delicious. Always a good experience there and we’ll of course be back.

It is an only takeout branch. I did not notice when i started navigation. It was a bad surprise and my bad. Pizza was ready 35 minutes after order. I waited and picked up.
It was nice for me. My wife did not like the crust.

I love Lou Malnati’s Pizza! The deep dish and thin crust are both delicious! This location is take out and delivery only. The Malnati salad and wings are great too!

The food is excellent. Best pizza I’ve ever had and I’m a pizza snob. The service was impeccable and inviting. The atmosphere was pick up or to-go only.

service is bad! I had to receive the order at 6:30pm, they told me to wait until 6:50pm, it arrived at 6:50pm, I was told to wait another 20 minutes

I come to this illuminati all the time. They have great deep dish pizza here. the staff is always very kind and I’ve never had an issue with any of my orders.

It's take put pizza but it's great! Even my picky kids love it! We started going here after Annetti's in Norridge was sold and became awful and eventually was closed down.
