Today I placed an order in person I asked if you could help me with half mushrooms and half Hawaiian and garlic bread my order was at 7:15The pizza was not mixed as I ordered, of course I first asked if it was possible and there was not a single whole mushroom, there was no garlic bread and I really love this brand of pizza but I am very disappointed I would not buy it again or recommend it

They are using absolutely nothing to make their items. No gloves. Dough all over their arms and no hair tie nothing. Food could be poisonous. Do NOT come to this place. There are many more Papa Johns near by. Go to those NOT this location.

What's is going on? Chicken BBQ pizza without BBQ?I am very disappointed. This pizza doesn't taste as I remember.
I got the new ny style pizza, which came out exactly the same as their normal pizza, they probably are supposed to spread the crust thinner or use less but essentially they gave me a large pizza with no difference than their normal pizza. There was also a generous amount of crust around the edges. I think this is just a technical failure from papa johns, it’s not ny style thin crust. It also wasn’t very crispy and cheese was meh. I want to be fair so I’m giving three stars because I’m sure someone likes this but it did not live up to the advertised pizza to me.

Asked for contactless delivery at the hotel I was staying in because I was concerned I had COVID and couldn’t get to a testing center until the following day. Driver arrived, called and asked me to come to the lobby. I explained why I was trying to avoid contact. He still insisted I come down as I was coughing, sweating with chills.
