I got the new ny style pizza, which came out exactly the same as their normal pizza, they probably are supposed to spread the crust thinner or use less but essentially they gave me a large pizza with no difference than their normal pizza. There was also a generous amount of crust around the edges. I think this is just a technical failure from papa johns, it’s not ny style thin crust. It also wasn’t very crispy and cheese was meh. I want to love them and support local pizza franchises, but they always forget sides or dips and I call back but they do not reimburse anything. After a big order and hefty cash tips, you would expect more. I'm disappointed and will only order carry out from now on.
