“Love this place! I would have given 5 stars but didn’t because the food isn’t always hot. Sometimes it’s just luke warm. Also the portions of sides are significantly smaller when you order in the drive through. Some consistency would be nice in those areas.“
“I've been coming to this location ever since they opened and I've had very few problems with them and they were resolved everytime. Only a couple of my orders in the past have been incorrect, but again, the issues were always resolved, and I understand that mistakes happen.I love the pizza here! It's a great alternative to the "Chicago style" deep dish pizza (which I'm not a fan of) that is sold at every other pizza joint in the area. They have a lot of options and you can customize your pizza like getting it baked well done and having light sauce. (I wish they had an option for no tomato sauce and oil in place of sauce though!)They hire a lot of teenagers, but I've never had an issue with any of the kids that work here. They are always very polite, respectful and understanding when I come in for my food.I will continue to be a regular customer at this place! Thank you to everyone at the Harwood Heights Little Ceasars!“
“I WOULD 100% recommend this place ??!! The quality of the pizza and customer service were outstanding ?. Staff were so patient, polite and involved. Pizza came out delicious you could clearly tell it was well made. I will definitely be coming back to this place. Great mangers (s/o-Jonathan and Roberto) and most importantly GREAT food!!“
“I called in today to place an order a sweet girl answered the phone and spoke very calmly to me and had all the patience in the world than a lot of these places. I came in 20 minutes to then pick up my food and there she was with the awesome attitude and dedication! The food was also very good excellent cooks. ????“
“We came here for lunch with our two kids (4&7) and had the best time. The food was excellent and affordable given the high quality. I was surprised by the fact that this restaurant was both elegant and kid friendly. That never happens. They also had great vegetation options and handled our peanut allergy easily.“
“It was our first time here and the food was delicious and freshly made, best Philly cheesteak I’ve ever had! The wings were so meaty and had great flavor as well. We appreciated how the staff helped us out with the orders and helping us choose what to try.“
“These guys are always on top of their game. They're chicken is juicy flavorful and well seasoned and their burgers are delicious. Try a burger with the lemon herb sauce! Services prompt and they take care of you as soon as possible. Great restaurant good people.“
“The food was absolutely amazing! It was so hard to choose what to get with such a big variety to choose from that all looked and sounded amazing!! We definitely had the wings that were soooo sooo delicious and some other stuff that also was amazing! Took about 40 minutes to get there but so worth the trip and will be a regular spot to visit! Can’t wait to come back!!!“
“Our family had a great meal from Surf's Up Lockport. The batter is so good. We had a family meal with perch, shrimp, wings, and fries. Also, got an order of onion rings. Shrimp were huge. My husband and daughter enjoyed the fish. The wings were huge and the batter was tasty! Everything was delicious. We will be back for the lunch specials and to try more sides!!“
“Smitty's ale house is at the location of the old stores, the spirits bar not the strip club. They really did not change much from the outside. The new owners updated the bathrooms, looks like they expanded the kitchen and removed the dj booth. All probably good moves, based off of the history. The aaa staff was nice and engaging. The crowd for a bears Sunday was a lot lighter than the places previously iteration . That may be due to the bears sucking this year though. There was also less staff but enough for the limited crowd. For an ale works they had pretty standard beers on tap. Looked like only one rotating tap out of the 10 on the taps. Not a very deep option for beer needs. I do think any bar named Smitty's should have guineas on tap . I had the steak quesadillas. They were solid bar food. Overall thisplace is worth the stop but needs a bit more to stand out.“
