They regularly get my order wrong. I’ve had to send my sandwich back on 3 different occasions. What’s so hard about no sauce on the sandwich sauce on the side. Also the manager got mad at me because they messed my order up twice, today the same manager was on duty. She didn’t even wanna look at me after they messed my order up the third time. They remade my order but sent it back to me with cold fries. How hard could it be to make chicken and fries?

Trying raising Cane‘s chicken fingers for the first time! I Purchase the combo pack.
It consists of four chicken fingers, a side of coleslaw, french fries,Texas toast, cane’s sauce and a 22 ounce drink for $12.79.
I thought the chicken fingers were a little small. It was like they gave you two large chicken fingers and two tiny ones. As for the taste, it was okay, It was not what I expected. I thought they could’ve cooked the french fries a little more. for some reason, the chicken fingers needed a little flavor to me. The cane’s sauce helped!
So I ended up making a sandwich out of it, sliced open the Texas toast put a couple chicken fingers in there topped it with coleslaw and cane sauce. That was good!
Now here’s the real question would I go back? I don’t think so. They’ve been in the neighborhood for the last 7 years and this is my first time trying Cane’s. I think I can stay away for another 7 years.

Usually order take out or delivery from this place & it’s great. Really like that this place is open pretty late. Honestly the canes sauce is literally what makes everything taste great. I don’t think canes would actually taste that great if it weren’t for the raising canes sauce. With that said the bread is absolutely delicious idk how they make it but I always order an extra 2. The combo with the chicken, bread & fries always seems to hit the spot! Would definitely recommend to someone thats never had it but always make sure to get extra sauce!

I had an amazing experience at Cane’s thanks to Steve Jacob Groch! From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with genuine energy and professionalism. Steve was quick, efficient, and made sure every part of my order was perfect. What really stood out was his positive attitude—he made everyone in line feel welcome and valued. It’s rare to see someone take such pride in their work, but Steve clearly goes above and beyond. Huge shoutout to him for turning a regular visit into a great one. Cane’s is lucky to have someone like Steve on their team!

Tenders were soft and fresh. The restaurant was clean. Service was quick. I'm not a big fan of the sauce or the coleslaw slaw, but you can trade in the coleslaw for more fries or another bread.
