Tenders were soft and fresh. The restaurant was clean. Service was quick. I'm not a big fan of the sauce or the coleslaw slaw, but you can trade in the coleslaw for more fries or another bread.

I only give 3 stars because they are Waaaay overpriced for what it is. Unfortunately for me I can't get my kid to understand that 🤣

First and last time coming to this specific Canes location. Ordered a Box combo and there was no chicken in the box. Can anyone ant this Canes location please explain how that can possibly happen. Never have I ever encountered something like this at any fast food establishment. Please explain how everyone missed that there was no chicken in my BOX COMBO. I called to complain and whoever answered the phone said to make a claim online, I tried that but it says the location is currently closed. How great of a help these people are.
Took a good 20 minutes before we got our food from the drivethru and it wasn’t busy at all. Slowest service I have ever gotten from a canes before. Pretty disappointing.

Ordered through UBER the bag was not sealed . When called canes received a rude response rrom manager. Food ordered through uber should be sealed or bag stapled for safety!!!!
Went here with a friend for the first time, and me & her had an absolutely wonderful time. The food was quickly made. It tasted so amazing, and the area is so relaxing to sit and eat. Overall, the chicken is perfect, and the fries were on point. Perfect for a hangout and dining experience✨️
