I ordered the food on the phone. The man who took my order was professional and friendly. The food is always delicious and cooked to perfection. It was delivered exactly when I was told. Sarpino is a great place for a wonderful.meal.

This Sarpino's location recently proved once again why they do not deserve anyone's business. I gave them a chance after a past incident. They are thieves who failed to deliver the beverage portion of my order that I paid for. When I noticed the item was missing, I contacted the store directly. Both times I called, management promised a refund, but they did absolutely nothing about it, gave no refund, and simply did not care. My bank ultimately had to step in and make me whole out of their own funds. They will lie to your face and take your money without delivering what you paid for. Avoid this careless franchise!

Very disappointing experience. I placed my order online, received a confirmation message and an order number, so I assumed everything was fine. After waiting for a long time with no update, I called the restaurant to check on my order, and the employee told me that “maybe the order didn’t go through.”

Only after my phone call did I receive a text message saying the driver had just left with my order and would arrive in about 30 minutes. In total, I waited almost 2 hours for pizza.

Very frustrating customer service experience.
