they orgot my order and had to reorder 20 minutes later
Went to the Starbucks in Harwood Heights/Norridge and ordered a drink with almond milk, told they were all out. Watch a barista take a bottle out of the fridge, ask to get the drink remade and was told they could use it for mobile orders. What kind of policy and customer service is that?
Every time we go to this starbucks there is a problem, too much ice too little drink, too runny for a frappe more like a frappe soup and more, unbelieveable. Both people at a register but no one wants to help you instead they walk away. Not to mention cashiers that give you an attitude when you ask a simple question as if you’re bothering them. Starbucks Coffee Company receives great experience from customers. The employees always pay attention and are always working. They never ignore customers to talk with each other. Customers come first and the service is always great. Baristas create concoctions like a well choreographed dance and the order is always tasty. The location is popular and avoid the long drive thru lane. The danish and peach green tea with lemonade was amazeballs and the staff explained the availability of green tea and different varieties. They also answered questions on sugar free chai Latte and said it is not available. The staff at this location was one of the best, seemed to be enjoying the work and were very cheerful. Overall a very positive vibe and a great experience for customers that visit.
